Amanda Rausch, LMFT — Owner, CEO, and Supervisor
No matter what you are going through, know that I am here to listen, support you and help you figure it all out!
I look into different patterns throughout your life to help you understand why you might be feeling or acting a certain way. I help my clients overcome obstacles by looking into and exploring the various components of their lives. I help to foster insight and self-awareness, which can be the first steps towards making a real and lasting change! I work with my clients to alleviate their symptoms as well as find and fix the root of the issue... think of this like not only putting on a Band-Aid but also healing the wound!
Clients have told me I provide a compassionate, empathetic and truthful perspective. I make sure to take the time to get to know and respect the needs and wants of each individual client, and want you to feel comfortable and at ease in therapy.
I am originally from San Diego, then I spent some time experiencing life in the vast and often snow-filled states in the great Mid-West before finally settling down in the crisp air and flannel-loving state of Washington. I enjoy cooking, reading, stand-up-paddle-boarding, and practicing yoga. I would describe myself as a fun, nonjudgmental, positive, and sincere person. I love being a therapist because I love connecting with and helping people. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. See my video introduction!

Lori Kimmerly, MS LMFT — Site Supervisor
Hi there. I'm Lori Kimmerly a new supervisor to the team. I'm the classic eclectic interest therapist and supervisor with influences from Mr. Rogers (be a helper) to Steve Jobs (do what you love so it doesn't feel like work) and everything in between. In my first internship I was trained as a play therapist to notice what's not being said and that was a great lead in to becoming a couples therapist (EFT) and supervision work. I've been an AAMFT supervisor since 2014 and love the mentorship and connection that comes with the relational aspects of supervision. My style is feminist and non-hierarchical and I'm endlessly curious about self of the therapist things that show up. I'm trained in EMDR, IFS (soon to be level 2), mindfulness (MBCT) and have done lots of coaching as an associate coach.
Personally, I have fully launched 21 year old twins and because I do everything in two's apparently, I have two doodles and am in a blended second marriage (that at times feels like we are in a blender). I read books constantly and am very bad at golf but have a sense of humor about it and love horses almost more than people.
